Basics

Postful lets you add unlimited attachments to your messages. This lets you include entire photo albums, collections of legal documents, or automatically include marketing materials with letters.

You can also set up your account to exclusively send attachments. This lets you completely control the look of your mailings by handling the layout on your side and just letting us handle the production.

Photos

Any number of photos can be attached to a document. Postful will place them after any text present in the email body.

PDFs

This is the best way to have complete control over the layout of your documents. Many applications and services that integrate with Postful send PDFs for this reason. For best results, send PDFs at standard US letter size (8.5" x 11") with any critical fonts embedded. PDF documents can include any number of pages.

Office docs

Postful accepts documents in Microsoft and Open Office formats. However, we recommend you check the preview carefully the first time you send to insure that your version is compatible with our system.
