Account Options
Return Address
Postful gives you the option of setting the return address you'd like printed on your letters. This can be set or changed at any time on the account preferences page. This is only the default return address, you are still able to adjust this on an order by order basis.
Order confirmation
By default, letters are sent unless you cancel them (with a minimum 2 hour delay for you to proof the letter). Optionally, you can have all letters held unless you explicitly approve them for mailing.
To turn on (or off) required confirmation, go to the user preferences page by clicking the preferences link from your home page.
To change your confirmation preferences, just set the check box to turn on or off required confirmation.
Attachments only
This option causes our system to ignore email message bodies and only attachments to be printed and mailed. Many integration partners who send their letters using PDFs make use of this option.
