Q: Do you have an official privacy policy?
A: Yes. Read our privacy policy here.
Q: Will you ever sell my data?
A: No. Your data is just that, yours. As a communication provider, we recognize that our position relies on trust. We are focused on earning that trust with every transaction and interaction.
Q: Will anyone be reading my letters?
A: No. In production, letters are printed, transfered to folder/inserters, and then sent on to the USPS. Visual inspection may occur solely for quality-control purposes, but no one will be reading your letters.
Q: What about after my letter reaches the USPS?
A: We have no control of your letter once it is dispatched via the USPS. At that phase, the USPS' privacy policy applies.
