Q: Can other people send to an e-mail address I create?
A: Yes. They won't be able to see the full name and address information but anyone can send (if they have a Postful account). Create an account for a parent or grandparent and the whole family can use it!
Q: Will I be charged for letters others send to this account?
A: No. You'll only be charged for letters you send.
Q: How do you handle spam?
A: Most spam is filtered and discarded prior to reaching our system. For pieces that make it through, the spammer would still have to pay to send a letter. If any choose to do this, it would be no different from any other junk mail. So far, we haven't had any spammers do so (since normal junk mail is very cheap, we don't expect to ever see them using our service).
